My journey.

My journey to this work hasn’t been typical. I earned undergrad degrees in Psychology and Public Relations but ended up in Human Resources by happy accident. I spent over a decade working in corporate HR, doing everything from recruitment to employee relations to project work to people management. I decided to get an MBA (part-time school while employed full-time) to understand how HR impacts the business and vice versa.

I moved to Australia and worked in HR for a global organization. Eventually, I moved back to the US and…I had twins, and suddenly, my career plans changed.

I took a step back, raised two amazing kids, and decided to earn another Master’s degree, this time in HR Management from Georgetown University.

I understand transitions. I understand hard work. I understand commitment.

I believe continuous learning is what keeps us moving forward.
